... whatever it means to you.

People often ask me if I do boudoir photos. I have mixed feelings about this label. Yes, I do specialize in photographing women and I love to create portraits for my clients that celebrate their femininity and empower them, mos def. And yes, I definitely photograph women in various states of undress. That being said, I always hesitate to use the label 'boudoir' in my business because I often see it associated with images that don't line up with my values and my goals as a women's portrait photographer.

I want the portraits I make to tell a story about you as a whole person and not just a story about your body parts.

I want you to feel amazing about your body, whatever state it's in at this time (it's ALWAYS beautiful - what a gift, to have a body!!) so I will coach you through poses and styling to get the most flattering, empowering images, but I will never just take a photo of pieces of you.

I think the whole picture, the whole person, the whole story is sexy, and so that's what I will try to capture.

Everyone has a different style of femininity, so a boudoir session - or as I call it, a FEMME Session - will look different for each individual. And I freaking love that.

Let's celebrate all kinds of femininity!
