I often have the pleasure of photographing people on or around a milestone in their lives. Whether it's a big accomplishment like finishing an academic degree, or a promotion at work, or it's a celebration of being alive, I'm always incredibly honoured to help my clients mark time with stunning portraits and a super fun photoshoot experience.

Bonny came to the studio for a Signature Session to celebrate her 65th birthday. During her pre-shoot consultation, I helped her choose some classic, timeless looks from her own wardrobe, and she also ended up bringing a couple of pieces to wear that had special meaning to her.

Makeup is not an everyday thing for Bonny - she's all about easy-going beauty, so my lovely makeup artist, Linda J Sahoo, created a natural look for her skin, letting her freckles show through a bit and then expertly enhanced her gorgeous eyes with a subtly smokey look. 

We had such a blast creating a collection of portraits in the studio. I wanted to make Bonny feel as amazing as she looked in my camera, and I think I succeeded that day! She left the studio full of giggles and before I even had the chance to share the results with her she wrote such a sweet comment on my Google Reviews page:
