CARRIED AWAY :: I read somewhere that last week Thursday was World Book Day - how did I miss this?! I love books and reading and I've always found great comfort in them. I made this photo about a year ago, because I was sort of rediscovering my love of reading, after having (accidentally) slowly let the flame die, distracted by Netflix and the wonders of the world wide web. Since then I've made an effort to choose reading (my first love) a little more often.
One of my favourite delights in life is finding a book that keeps me up at night, turning pages long past when I would normally have fallen asleep. For my #isolationcreation projects this week, I'm thinking books, books, books :) So get ready for some reading-inspired creations.
